For maximum efficiency, make sure to change your humidifier’s filter every three to four weeks of regular use. This will ensure that you aren’t using a damp rag every day to wipe down the area around your humidifier. After all, all water has minerals in it and if you’re sending water vapor into the air, some of those minerals have to end up somewhere.
