This filter kit has everything you need to make your air clean and fresh. The carbon prefilter helps extend the life of the primary HEPA filter by trapping the larger particles that get sucked in. The prefilter also uses carbon to absorb odors, leaving behind pleasant neutral smelling air. The HEPA-rated filter removes 99.3 percent of all common allergens, including pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and dust mite detritus. Remember to change the carbon filter every four to six weeks and our primary filter every four to six months for best results.
